    Tamoxifen (TAM) is a non-steroidal estrogen receptor modulator indicated in the management of breast cancer. The key objectives of the study include development, optimization, characterization and evaluation of flexible lipid-vesicles (FLVs) of TAM for in-vitro cytotoxicity and pharmacodynamic activity using suitable animal models.
