• Abstract:

  BACKGROUND. Lunasin, a bioactive 43-amino acid residues-containg peptide, which previously has been identified in soybean, cereals and other seeds, is known to possess anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and cholesterol-lowering properties. At present, there is no information of lunasin[simplequote]s influence on CNS functions.
