Background:
In some developed countries, pharmacist and their role have already recognized. In Indonesia, Patients recognize doctors and nurses easily by their services but pharmacist has to work hard to get this recognition. In November 2009, a research done at ambulatory pharmacy, showed that patient recognition to pharmacist only 5%.
