Molecules functionalized with amino or carboxyl groups are commonly used for the conjugation of biomolecules,1 and have several applications in biomedical research.
Synthesis of the 2,5-diarylfuran(3-AFA)was performed as described in the literature.2 The reaction conditions for promotion of the peptide bond between the 3-AFA and the Boc-glycine..
