Background:
The community pharmacists had less self-instructional resources to upgrade both professional knowledge and clinical practice skills for continuing and permanent learning. There were seldom community pharmacists submitting papers to the Journal of Taiwan Pharmacy ( JTP; published by The Union of Pharmacist Association, R.O.C. ).
