Background
Assessment is a holistic process mandated by accrediting bodies for pharmacy programs. Many programs have made significant efforts to the assessment process processes. Full cycle assessment with data-driven feedback is paramount for continuous quality improvement in our discipline. The SII-PDCA form has emerged as an effective assessment ..
