Background
Teamwork in health care employs the practices of collaboration and enhanced communication. Teamwork is also important in our pharmacy practice.Methods
Our hospital implemented a TRM course for the Pharmacy Department from the period between March 2018 and September 2018. We will be carried out a questionnaire based on Hospital Patient..
