Background
Community pharmacists provide drugs, drug information services, and pharmaceutical care services of which one of such is Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services, aimed at optimizing drug therapy and improving therapeutic outcomes for patients. The need for MTM should be of paramount interest to every pharmacist to increase patients’ ..
