Background
In January 2017, I started up a project at Glostrup Pharmacy as part of my education as an Improvement Advisor from IHI. The idea was to test if the Model of Improvement can be used in a community pharmacy to make fundamental improvements in the daily work.Methods
The Model of Improvement is made up of a set of three fundamental questions .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
