• Abstract:

  Backgrounds

  Conventional method to prepare protein proliposome for tableting or capsule filling is granulation. However, the direct contact of protein with organic solvent during granulation method put forward the risk of protein integrity lost. Also, the entrapment efficiency (EE) of liposome reconstituted from granule has been observably low.
