    Backgrounds

    Receptor occupancy (RO) is a translational biomarker for assessing drug efficacy, which could facilitate both dose optimization of existing drugs and evaluation of drug candidates.

     

    Aims

    We aimed to apply a physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling approach to predict the dopamine D2 RO of antipsychotics.
