    Backgrounds

    Zebrafish larvae are increasingly used in drug discovery and development. Characterizing internal drug concentrations over time will improve interpretation of efficacy and toxicity data. Recently we developed a method to quantify drug pharmacokinetics in zebrafish larvae of 3 days post fertilization (dpf) using paracetamol (APAP).
