Backgrounds
Transporters hold a key role in drug disposition, however, their impact on renal clearance (CLR) has been less studied, particularly in children (Brouwer 2015).
Aims
Using physiology-based simulations we investigate the impact of transporters activity (CLs,int) and their ontogeny (TO) on CLR.
