  In 2013 the Hospital Pharmacy of Funen had 300 out of 550 on-call pharmacy service calls (equivalent to 55%) exclusively concerning requests about where to borrow a needed drug.

  ”MedSearch” (MS) software was developed with the assistance of an IT-designer. MS is operated by entering the generic name of the drug, and then choosing the wanted form
