Aims
In order to confirm the applicable powder flowability of tablet formulation for direct compression, we have examined (i) the blending uniformity of blending process and also (ii) the weight variation and content uniformity of tabletting process at pilot scale.
Method
Differing amounts of API and excipients were mixed with glidant to.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
