Aim: To prepare and characterizeImprove ibuprofen-poloxamer 188 binary solid dispersions to enhance the solubility, in vitro dissolution and oral bioavailability of ibuprofen.
Methods: Phase solubility behavior of ibuprofen at 25ËšC in various molar solutions of poloxamer 188 in water was observed, their binary solid dispersions at different..
