  OBJECTIVE To reduce the burst effect of microspheres loaded with Thymopentin(TP-5) and investigate the mechanism of action, to break through the bottle-neck of sustained-release inject-able microspheres of high burst effect, and prepare TP-5 loaded microspheres which have the characteristics of low burst effect and controlled release for 30 days. ..
