Faculty teaching development is a priority for faculty and administration, yet lack of resources, time, flexibility and ongoing training make this a challenge. The 5-Minute Faculty Development (5MFD) Teaching and Learning series aligns with the FIP Education Initiatives by creating and disseminating educational development tools and resources.
