• Abstract:

   Baclofen is a widely prescribed centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant ,it suffers from a risk of dose dependent side effects due to its rapid absorption from the central segment of the small intestine. Microsponge, a porous polymer based material with floating potential seems to be a promising drug delivery system for such situation.
