Isolated clinic hypertension (HCA) is defined by blood pressure (BP) persistently ≥140/90mmHg in doctor setting and BP values whith ABPM below the threshold:daytimeBP<135/85 mmHg,nightBP<120/70 and 24hBP<130/80.The correct detection of ICH helps making treatment decisions, avoiding unnecessary treatment and adverse effects.
