Bioanalyses are usually carried out in liquid samples- the most common being blood and urine. There is a need to efficiently determine drugs at the site of action to better understand pharmacokinetics.
Tissue was homogenised in pH 7 buffer after being spiked with ciprofloxacin and the internal standard. Two methods for homogenising the tissue were
