Background
[quotright]Dispensing the wrong medicine[quotrightB]was the major type of the dispensing errors besides [quotright]dispensing the wrong quantity[quotrightB]in our pharmacy, although we have tried several ways to reduce the rate of dispensing errors.
Aims
To evaluate the data of pharmacists' practice for building an additional safety.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
