    Cilostazol has been used as an antiplatelet vasodilator agent twice a day. However, it has some pharmaceutical limitations due to its low water solubility, large fluctuation of blood-concentration and unwanted side-effects such as headache, pyknocardia and heavy-headed symptoms.
