Background
Epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs) are metabolites of arachidonic acid (AA) that play important biological roles in anti-inflammatory processes, myocardial preconditioning, and blood pressure regulation. EETs are further metabolized to dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids (DHETs). We developed a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry..
