Seven country case studies on pharmacy-based vaccination (PBV) alongside a PBV assessment tool have been launched by FIP today. 

These practical resources provide the support for the expansion and strengthening of vaccination services delivered through pharmacies worldwide.

The report showcases experiences from Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and the UK, highlighting policy frameworks, workforce development, training requirements, financing models, vaccination records systems, and implementation strategies. Complementing these case studies, the assessment tool enables countries and pharmacy organisations to evaluate the readiness, maturity and sustainability of their vaccination services, identify gaps and prioritise actions for improvement.
