FIP has launched a new infographic showcasing its global impact on advancing pharmacy practice and specialisation, a priority area reflected in FIP Development Goal 4.

As countries increasingly focus on building capable, adaptable health workforces, advancement and specialisation have become central to workforce policy and planning.

The infographic brings together evidence from FIP’s Impact Database, highlighting how FIP’s global frameworks, reports and guidance support workforce development, inform national credentialing and certification systems, and promote advanced and specialist roles aligned with health system needs. It also outlines key drivers and barriers influencing the formalisation of advanced practice worldwide.

By consolidating global evidence and resources in one accessible format, the infographic supports policymakers, professional bodies and educators in strengthening pharmacy workforce capacity and optimising patient care through advanced and specialist practice.
