COVID-19 Guidance on Evaluation of Diagnostic Testing & Methods
The COVID-19 pandemic has created an urgent need for diagnostic testing of patients and populations. In response, a multitude of COVID-19 tests are available to use from many different manufacturers and organisations. FIP has created a counselling information guide to assist practising pharmacists around the world in talking to patients who have questions concerning COVID-19 tests. This joint FIP-ASHP online event will present the newly developed guidance on Evaluation of Diagnostic Testing & Methods, as well as tools for pharmacists developed by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). Panellists will discuss issues about care and how to manage the risks with evidence is the focus.
