Leading Change – Building an AI-Ready Pharmacy Workforce
As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to transform healthcare, the role of pharmacists is evolving beyond traditional practice. To fully harness the potential of AI, the pharmacy workforce must develop the skills, mindset, and leadership capacity to drive innovation and adapt to emerging technologies.
