Background : The pharmacokinetic advantage of this formulation to enhance the bioavailability of a drugs from the bilayer tablet technology leads to maintain the drug concentration in blood at steady state level.
Aim: To formulate and evaluate a bilayer tablet of Metoprolol succinate and Hydrochlorothiazide.
