Background
Electronic Patient Medication Record (ePMR) systems used in community pharmacy contain safety features to alert users about clinical hazards during dispensing. It has been reported that alerts are often bypassed1.
Aims
This study explored alert handling and alert-response practices by pharmacy staff including how alerts might be.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
