Background: Research indicates that many patients in the ambulatory setting suffer from sub-optimal health due to drug therapy problems (DTPs). Using community pharmacy to identify patients at risk for DTPs may improve health outcomes.
Aims: To identify community pharmacy based interventions that screen for patients at risk for DTPs.
