I. Background
Literature indicates that penetration of anti-retroviral drugs inside the cerebro spinal fluid (CSF) and Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) is poor. So there is a need to have a anti-retroviral nanoparticle formulation which can enter these barriers and be more effective in treatment.
II. Aims
