Background:
The Pharmacy is a part of the health care and in many countries the central focus of health care is its efficiency. The message is [quotright]it´s not you we care about, but the efficiency of our system[quotrightB?]. But where is the customer/patient focus?
Chronic patient are also increasingly becoming extremely critical patients. .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
