Background:
There is a gap between the need and the difficulty of integrating professional pharmacy services into practice. Pharmacy implementation research has focussed on identifying barriers and facilitators, organisational theory and/or behavioural change. Pharmacy practice research largely attaches ad hoc implementation processes to impact..
