  Introduction: Persons with diabetes type 1 and type 2 can spend 7 days in special hospital ‘’Merkur’’, in Vrnjacka banja, on behalf of the Republic Fund of Health Insurance. During their stay, the patients are provided with adequate training for self monitoring of their condition.
