Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) Drug Information Service Centre (DISC) was established to ensure the provision of sufficient evidence-based, scientifically driven and unbiased information that would be useful and relevant to the health care professionals, non-health care professionals, patients and the general public.
