  Background: Symptom of sinus thrombosis is wide spectrum, included increased intracranial pressure,focal neurological deficits,seizure and diffuse encephalopathy. It may mimics neurological disease such as brain tumor and stroke.Therefore, sinus thrombosis is often underdiagnosed but it may be fatal if not recognized and treated early. Assessment
