Background:
The individual unit-dose drug distribution (IDD) emerged as an imperative to increase the safety of the medication circuit.The role of the pharmacist in this process is, among others, to ensure the reduction of medication errors, monitor drug interactions, rationalize therapeutics and send the number of units required for 24h, The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
