Background
The implementation of pharmacist clinical career path and funding by Ministry of Health triggered NUH to implement a clinical pharmacy framework.
Aims
To improve clinical pharmacy standards and services via set up of a clinical pharmacy division in pharmacy department.
Methods
The division has 4 groups: Cancer, Cardiology, Paediatrics and The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
