Aims : To formulate the Sustained Release Dosage Form of Acetazolamide showing release pattern suggested by Wagner and compare the release pattern of the formulated product with existing sustained release 250 mg capsule product available in India.
Methods : Nonpareil seeds are prepared of size 36/40 and coated with Acetazolamide using 10%.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
