Aim: To determine the influence of Pleurotus tuber-regium powder on some of the physical characteristics of Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) tablets compressed at varying but known pressures.
Methods: Paracetamol tablets containing decreasing concentrations of the disintigrant pleurotus tuber-regium was compressed at varying compression pressure.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
