Mr. DeChristoforo retired from the Commissioned Corps of the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) January 1, 2005 at the rank of Captain. He has been the recipient of the USPHS Career Achievement Award in Pharmacy and the USPHS Outstanding Service Medal. His practice achievements are in the areas of HIV infection, preventing medication
