<b>Introduction
</b>Prescribing errors are the most common cause of adverse drug event. The aim of this study is to audit the prescribing errors before and 9 years after computerisation in the outpatient setting of UKM Medical Centre.
<b>Objective</b>
To determine and classify the frequency of prescribing errors according to specific drugs and .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
