To make the customers of the pharmacy cooperate and understand the work procedure in a prescription counter.

To make all prescription transactions efficient

Initiatives:
I shall prepare a customer folder in which the customers of the pharmacy get some good advice on how to.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
