Hans Mulder was born on January 18, 1973 in Groningen, The Netherlands. He works as a hospital pharmacist in the department of clinical pharmacy of the Wilhelmina Hospital Assen in the Netherlands where he is head of the department. His position as head of the department is combined with a research position at the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology
