• Abstract:

  Background

  Inconsistent choice and dosage regien of intravenous antibiotics is now a burden to the patient and greatly influences hospitalization period, overall cost and potential harm. 

  Methods

  Medical records were reviewed  retrospectively for one year to identify potential drug related problems associated with use of intravenous antibiotics.
