Background
The awareness on Pharmaceutical Compounding quality assurance is not only a legal requirement but also a growing concern for the Portuguese Pharmacies. Some drug substances used in the preparation of compounded medicines often include substances with genotoxic, carcinogenic or teratogenic potential, such as hormones and antibiotics...
