Background
Many patients have medications dispensed in their homes by health care professionals. It is a common occurrence that when attempting to collect medications from the community pharmacy (CP), they leave without, due to uncertainty as to what drugs need to be collected or prescriptions not being available. This leads to unnecessary time.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
