  Background

  Since 2016, New Medicine Service was implemented at Ballerup Apotek. We got to a good start and completed 232 NMS conversations in 2016. In 2017, the result was 284. In 2018, the number dropped to 160 conversations.

  Methods

  To meet the above goals, we have chosen to focus on following actions:
