Background
Based on Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA) guideline, local guideline for surgical prophylactic antibiotics (SPA) was published in our hospital in December 2017. Clinical pharmacists (CP) provide pharmaceutical care to critically illness patients in intensive care unit (ICU) and record their daily works by Hospital Information ..
